Forklift Operator

Pay & Schedule:
- $18/hr (1st shift) + $1/hr shift differential (2nd shift)
- Guaranteed raises at 3, 6, and 12 months
- Union position (Laborers’ Local 57) with annual increases & job security
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Mon–Thurs, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
About the Role:
Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as a Production Forklift Operator in our coil room. This role combines forklift operation with hands-on material handling of heavy steel coils that support our production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down forklift to move and stage steel coils
- Unload trucks and prepare materials for production
- Supply materials to production teams
- Perform daily equipment inspections
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Forklift experience in manufacturing/production (required)
- Ability to handle heavy materials safely
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork
- Safety-focused with good communication skills
