Job Overview
Pioneer Pathways ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team serving families in Palestine, TX and surrounding communities.
This position may be fully remote, hybrid, or in person, depending on the candidate’s location, availability, and fit. We are open to flexible arrangements for the right BCBA.
Pioneer Pathways provides ABA therapy in multiple settings, including in-home, in-clinic, and school-based services. We are looking for a BCBA who can provide strong clinical leadership, develop individualized treatment plans, support RBTs, and help families receive quality ABA services close to home.
This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who wants flexibility while helping build a locally owned ABA therapy program in East Texas.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Create behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs
- Review client data and make treatment adjustments as needed
- Monitor client progress and update goals based on clinical needs
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, school staff, and team members
- Complete required documentation, progress reports, and treatment updates
- Ensure services are provided in accordance with ethical, clinical, and insurance requirements
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and care coordination
- Support services delivered in-home, in-clinic, and school-based settings
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification required
- Must be in good standing with the BACB
- Experience developing and supervising ABA treatment programs
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Strong understanding of assessments, treatment planning, behavior intervention, and data analysis
- Ability to provide services and supervision remotely, hybrid, or in person depending on arrangement
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with families and children in a variety of settings
- Ability to collaborate with a growing team
- Must follow all ethical, clinical, and confidentiality requirements
- Texas licensure or eligibility to provide ABA services in Texas preferred, if applicable

Schedule is flexible and may be structured as fully remote, hybrid, or in person.
Work Setting
Pioneer Pathways provides ABA therapy through:

- School-based services
- Remote clinical supervision and oversight, when appropriate

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
