Maintenance person to help maintain a very busy, small warehouse.
Duties Includes but are not limited to:
Landscaping
Building Upkeep
Call, vet and choose contractors to supervise to do larger projects
Take and also give direction for tasks
Prioritize work to be done
Machine /Tool PM and repair
Chicken coop structure maintenance- keep them in showroom condition on display
General Vehicle Maintenance would be a +
Diesel Maintenance would be a +++
Forklift and scissor lift use will be required
Roof Maintenance is required
