Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Duties
- Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with client goals and best practices in applied behavior analysis
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment strategies
- Provide training and support to team members and family members on behavioral techniques and intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in intake assessments and coordinate ongoing patient care within a multidisciplinary framework
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
- Strong data collection skills to track progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical records management
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health assessments effectively
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare professionals
- Commitment to patient care, confidentiality, and adherence to HIPAA standards

Pay: $90.00 - $110.00 per hour
