Position Overview
We are seeking independent Sales Representatives to market and sell Alpha E Fitness LLC's training packages. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, allowing you to earn recurring commissions as long as your clients remain active.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy networking, consultative selling, and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, social media, and outreach.
- Present Alpha E Fitness training packages to individuals and organizations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales.
- Collaborate with the Alpha E Fitness team to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or personal development is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and phone.
