**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Assist residents with ADLs** (Activities of Daily Living) – Help them live their best, most comfortable lives!

- **Transport and assist residents** – Support them to and from activities, appointments, and more!
- **Ensure safety at all times** – Monitor residents’ conditions and take quick action to address any concerns.
