Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience with every interaction
- Assist in managing daily treat cart operations, including inventory replenishment and cleanliness standards
- Support marketing efforts by promoting special offers and new treats to boost sales and customer engagement
- Use Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track customer preferences and sales data
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional events and increase foot traffic at the cart location
- Collect customer feedback to help improve product offerings and service quality
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory levels for reporting purposes
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect enthusiastically with diverse customers
- Basic understanding of project management and sales principles preferred
- Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms like Salesforce is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or retail environments is advantageous
