Schedule
- Full-Time Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Weekend and holiday rotation as needed
Pay
- $18.00 – $24.50/hour based on CNA experience
- Night Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour
- Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hour

Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Answer call lights promptly and ensure resident comfort and safety
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Promote a respectful and positive environment for residents, families, and coworkers
Qualifications
- Active Illinois CNA certification required
- Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to pass required physical, background check, and drug screening
- Compassionate attitude and dedication to quality resident care
