Duties

- Help maintain organized records of children's progress, health information, and emergency contacts
- Coordinate with teachers to prepare materials, organize activities, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from parents or visitors professionally and promptly
- Support the implementation of daycare policies and procedures to uphold quality standards
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children and staff at all times
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude
- Basic proficiency in office software such as MS Office or Google Workspace
- Knowledge of early childhood education practices is a plus but not required
