Position Summary
ITM Group is seeking two qualified Central Issue Facility (CIF) Support Specialists to support daily operations at the CIF at Fort Indiantown Gap. The CIF is the facility where Soldiers are issued, exchange, and turn in their military clothing and field equipment, known as Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE).
In this role, you will support the issue, exchange, and turn-in of OCIE for Pennsylvania Army National Guard Soldiers and units. You will provide front-counter customer service, process transactions in the Government system of record, maintain accurate records, and support warehouse and inventory operations. Both positions are fully cross-trained, with no dedicated team lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service at the CIF issue counter, reviewing documentation and assisting Soldiers and unit representatives with OCIE requirements.
- Process OCIE issue, exchange, and turn-in transactions accurately in the Government system of record and on applicable Army forms.
- Size and fit OCIE, assemble issue packets, and stage items for issue.
- Maintain customer records, suspense files, and control logs in accurate, audit-ready condition.
- Receive, stage, store, and segregate stock in the warehouse, and report discrepancies, damaged items, or unsafe conditions promptly.
- Support cyclic inventories, location surveys, and reconciliations between physical stock, records, and documentation.
- Track and report customer and transaction workload on Government-directed spreadsheets and reports.
- Identify nonstandard, damaged, or unresolved discrepancies and coordinate with the appropriate Government official for review and disposition.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated practical experience in logistics, warehouse, supply, retail issue, or CIF-type support operations.
- Working knowledge of supply, inventory, records management, and customer service procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn Government supply systems quickly.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move throughout storage areas, and handle OCIE and related items in accordance with local safety requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC), which requires a favorably adjudicated Tier 1 (or higher) background investigation. U.S. citizenship or eligibility as required for credentialing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with Army OCIE, supply, or warehouse operations, including military clothing issue.
- Familiarity with Army supply regulations and forms (for example, AR 700-84 and DA Forms 3161, 2062, and 1687).
- Experience with an Army or Department of Defense supply system of record.
- Prior National Guard, military, or federal contract experience.

Pay: $27.00 - $29.50 per hour
