You move between resident areas and common spaces, documenting updates as you go and communicating status changes to the right teams. Midday often includes checking on ongoing projects, confirming parts or supplies, and updating logs for compliance tracking. Before the day ends, you walk key areas to confirm everything is in order, close out completed items, and prep the next day’s plan so the facility stays ready for residents, visitors, and staff.
