As a Family Entertainment Associate, you'll wear many hats—from hosting bowling lanes and serving food and beverages to celebrating birthdays and ensuring every guest has an incredible visit.

Responsibilities Guest Relations
- Welcome guests with a positive, friendly attitude.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout each visit.
- Answer questions about attractions, pricing, memberships, and promotions.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Lane Hosting & Food Service
- Host bowling lanes by checking on guests throughout their experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality presentation.
- Monitor guest needs and provide attentive table-side service.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Assist with resetting lanes and keeping bowling areas clean and organized.
Birthday Party Host
- Set up party rooms prior to guest arrival.
- Welcome birthday families and explain the event schedule.
- Serve food, beverages, and birthday cake.
- Coordinate activities to keep the party running smoothly.
- Ensure the birthday guest feels celebrated and special.
- Clean and reset party areas for the next event.
- Create a fun, memorable experience for every family.
General Duties
- Assist guests throughout the entertainment center.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining, bowling, arcade, and party areas.
- Stock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work with team members across multiple departments.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
- Promote current events, memberships, and special offers.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail, or entertainment experience is preferred but not required.
