Job Title: Aesthetic RN Injector / Nurse Practitioner (Commission-Based)
Location: Houston, TX (In-Person | Contract)
Job Summary:
Invasion Aesthetics is seeking a confident, experienced Aesthetic RN or NP to join our growing injectable team. You’ll work in a high-volume, high-end med spa specializing in undetectable results, facial balancing, weight loss injections, and IV therapy. This is a contract/commission role ideal for an injector ready to grow with a fast-paced brand.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, confident in their technique, and capable of building client relationships with trust and professionalism.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administer Botox/Daxxify, lip filler, and weight loss injections with precision and confidence
- Perform IV hydration services using established protocols
- Educate clients on treatment plans, aftercare, and skincare
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting
- Support sales goals and client retention through excellent service
- Keep a clean, professional, and well-stocked treatment room
- Collaborate with our team to deliver a 5-star client experience
Requirements:
- Current RN or NP license in Texas
- 2+ year experience with injectables preferred
- Passion for aesthetics and helping clients feel confident
- Ability to work independently, but thrive in a team setting
- Flexible availability for part-time or full client days
Pay Structure:
- Starting at 20% commission on all services, with opportunities to increase commission based on performance and growth.
- Daily pay potential: $200–$600+ depending on bookings
