Responsibilities:
- Point person for all inventory control requests from both the customer service and operations team
- Investigate cause(s) of quantity discrepancies
- Managing destruction orders for clients by pulling the order and coordinating the disposal
- Managing audit request from our customers
- Run zero verification reports
- Serve as a support role for various operational departments
- Managing running location replenishments
- Coordinating the pick up and replacement of both the compactor and open top dumpsters Required Skills & Competencies
- An inquisitive mindset and the willingness to investigate inventory discrepancies
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, printing systems, and internet navigation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Solid basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Qualifications Required:
- 2-3 years of warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts or stock pickers
Preferred:
- 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse inventory control/auditor position
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting with active, hands-on involvement in daily operations
- Requires standing, walking, lifting, and frequent movement throughout the shift
- Fast-paced environment with time-sensitive shipping deadlines
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
