Job Description:
Snider-Blake is now hiring Machine Helpers for a plastics manufacturing company in Streetsboro, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates looking to build a career in manufacturing. All training is provided, and there are opportunities for growth based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Dig the correct color resin from Gaylords using buckets or cubes
- Weigh and measure resin to ensure proper amounts
- Stage resin buckets in designated locations
- Fill and pour resin into molds
- Remove finished parts from molds and inspect for quality
- Place and remove chains on molds during production cycles
- Open and close molds using a standard impact air gun
- Clean molds and replace wool balls as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all production and safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
- Work boots required
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Drug screen required
- Must have reliable transportation
