Our current working hours are:
Monday & Wed: 8:50 am - 1 pm & 2:50 pm - 6:30 pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 2:50 pm - 6:30 pm
Fridays: 8:50 am – 1:00 pm
(Base Pay + 3 Performance Bonuses that include Profit Sharing)
No cold door-to-door sales.
No outside sales.
No travel.
This is an in-house patient success and consultative sales role where you'll help people suffering from pain and health problems take the first step toward getting their lives back.

What You'll Do
You'll become one of the most important people in the clinic.
Every day you'll:
- Speak with new patient leads over the phone who have requested information.
- Guide prospective patients schedule their first, pre-paid consultation.
- Answer questions, bring clarity and reduce anxiety before appointments.
- Follow up with prospective patients who haven't yet scheduled.
- Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression.
- Coordinate scheduling and patient flow.
- Support therapies including spinal decompression, laser therapy, and shockwave therapy.
- Help patients stay committed to their care plans.
- Process payments and financing options.
- Maintain accurate records and communication with our team.
- Help create a five-star patient experience every single day.

- Occasional Travel - This position may require occasional travel (1 - 3 times per year) to professional seminars and retreats to empower and educate you within your role in our clinic. All seminars and workshops are within the United States. Are you comfortable with this requirement?
