Customer Service Representative (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

About the Role
US Bullnosing Inc is growing, and we’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to become the voice of our company. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — managing inquiries, processing orders, and partnering closely with our Operations team to make sure every order ships accurately and on time.
This is a hands-on role at the center of our business. You won’t just answer phones; you’ll own the customer experience from first call to final delivery, help us modernize how we serve customers, and directly contribute to keeping US Bullnosing efficient, compliant, and profitable.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by phone, email, and chat — responding promptly, professionally, and in the customer’s preferred language (English or Spanish).
- Manage day-to-day order processing and fulfillment, coordinating daily with the Operations team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Provide proactive order status updates and resolve issues with shipments, pricing, and product availability before they become problems.
- Work with the Plant Manager to verify materials and inventory in response to customer inquiries, and keep inventory descriptions accurate and up to date.
- Create and send daily customer invoices; support purchasing and accounts payable/receivable as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our systems, documenting interactions, orders, and resolutions.
- Identify recurring customer pain points and recommend process improvements, cost savings, and service-level enhancements.
- Use approved digital tools — including AI-assisted drafting and workflow software — to work faster and more accurately, while keeping the human touch our customers expect.
- Greet visitors, provide general support to customers and employees, and assist with special projects as requested by the company President/Owner.
What You’ll Bring
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) — required.
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or office administration, ideally in manufacturing, building products, or distribution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel and Outlook in particular) and QuickBooks or comparable software for invoicing, purchasing, and payables.
- Comfort learning new technology, including CRM/order-management systems and AI-assisted tools.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A problem-solver’s mindset — you take initiative, stay organized, and follow issues through to resolution.
- A team player who works well with a variety of personalities while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the stone, tile, or construction-materials industry.
- Familiarity with supply chain or inventory management.
- Experience improving or documenting customer service processes.
Schedule & Location
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shift.
- On-site at our facility — this role supports our plant and walk-in customers directly.
