Compensation

Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Electrical/Maintenance Technician to support production reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a production operation-focused role requiring a self-directed technician who takes ownership of equipment condition, proactively addresses developing issues, troubleshooting. and responds quickly to downtime events.
We are building a structured, skilled electrical maintenance team focused on uptime, safety, and long-term equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment including pumps, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, valves, and production machinery
- Perform electrical troubleshooting on motors, sensors, relays, VFDs, and 4–20mA control devices
- Respond quickly and effectively to production downtime
- Routinely walk production areas to identify and correct developing issues before failure
- Perform preventative maintenance and document work performed
- Install and maintain motors, conduit, and related equipment as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Qualifications
- 3+ years of electrical and industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and basic prints
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
