Dental Receptionist – Join the All Dental Team!
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our growing private dental practice.
At All Dental, we truly believe the front desk sets the tone for the entire patient experience. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well, stays organized, and wants to be part of a team that supports one another.
This is a full-time position working between our two locations:
- Monday & Tuesday: All Dental Riverview
- Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: All Dental Tampa Palms
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of dental office experience who is comfortable working in a busy but supportive environment.
The right person will be someone who:
- Has a good understanding of dental insurance and benefits
- Is comfortable answering patient questions about treatment, insurance, and financial options
- Can confidently discuss treatment recommendations and help patients move forward with needed care
- Proactively follows up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
- Is organized and takes pride in accurate records and communication
- Is dependable, punctual, professional, and willing to help wherever needed
- Most importantly, genuinely enjoys taking care of patients and being part of a team

We’re a locally owned private dental practice, not a corporate office. Our goal is to provide excellent dentistry while treating our patients and team members like people, not numbers.

Minimum requirement: 1 year of dental office experience.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
