Responsibilities:
- Lead all daily restaurant operations and overall business performance
- Develop, coach, and hold managers and team members accountable
- Drive exceptional guest experiences and hospitality standards
- Manage labor, inventory, food cost, and controllable expenses
- Maintain service, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Build and sustain a positive culture focused on teamwork and accountability
- Partner with company leadership to support the continued growth of the brand
