We are looking for a motivated, reliable technician to join our team. Duties
- Diagnose and repair automatic sliding and swing gate systems.
- Install and service gate operators, access control systems, keypads, remotes, safety devices, and photo eyes.
- Repair and install residential and commercial gate operators.
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
- Clearly explain repair recommendations to customers.
- Complete work orders and photos using an iPad or smartphone.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience with automatic gates, garage doors, electrical, low-voltage, welding, or a related mechanical trade.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls.
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
- Welding experience is a plus.
