Ideal Applicant Must Possess the Following
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere CC 2026, Adobe Audition CC 2026 and Adobe Media Encoder CC 2026
- Experience in Video with Video Teleconferencing Platforms including Zoom, Webex, and Teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and 365
- Ability to create and produce company videos for marketing/training purposes
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Great attitude!
Responsibilities
- Edit/Sync video footage captured by our team of legal Videographers
- Capture video on occasion for Client Depositions
- Assist in training new Videographers on our basic video shooting standards
- Help hire independent Videographers for client jobs in various markets throughout the U.S
- Stay current and up-to-date with new digital technology and video practices
Other Requirements
- Have the ability to multi-task efficiently and have a sense of urgency for completion
- Have experience working in a professional/corporate environment
- Have Lived in the Portland area for at least two years and be within 45 minutes of downtown Portland
- Have reliable transportation
- Can dress professionally and be well-groomed

All formal education must be completed.
