Supporting the General Manager in:
- Training and supervising crew members.
- Monitoring and reinforcing food safety standards and procedures.
- Interacting with our customers in a professional manner.
- Executing cost control systems.
- Cash management, counting safe and tills. Doing bank deposits and change orders.
- Ensure daily and weekly cleaning tasks are completed.
- Weekly inventory counts.
- Truck orders- Schedule.
- Keeping the store inspection ready at all times.
