Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable team member to join our team. An ideal candidate would enjoy landscaping, have a keen eye for detail, and work outside for long periods of time. The candidate will need to be able to handle outdoor conditions. The employee will help maintain and enhance the appearance of lawns and landscaped areas for residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trimming: Operate trimmers and edgers to maintain well-groomed lawns. Ensure even cutting and neat edges along walkways, driveways, and flower beds.
- Leaf and Debris Removal: Collect and dispose of leaves, branches, and other debris from lawns and landscaped areas. Use blowers, rakes, and other tools as needed.
- Pruning and Trimming: Trim and prune shrubs, bushes, and trees to promote healthy growth and maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on lawn care equipment, including sharpening blades and checking oil levels.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally and courteously. Address any questions or concerns promptly and provide recommendations for lawn care improvements.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Adhere to safety guidelines for equipment operation and chemical application.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
