Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician with a passion for high-quality workmanship and a deep understanding of performance vehicles. This role is a unique opportunity to specialize in the maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of the INEOS Grenadier. You’ll be working with a groundbreaking vehicle that features a BMW engine, blending rugged off-road capability with precision engineering. Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on the INEOS Grenadier, ensuring the vehicle's BMW engine and all systems function at peak performance.

Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve issues with precision.

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance services to ensure the vehicle's durability and reliability.

Collaborate closely with service advisors and the parts department to maintain a seamless workflow and high customer satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with the latest INEOS Grenadier systems, components, and BMW engine-specific repair techniques.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

ASE Certification or equivalent (preferred).

At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician, ideally with 4x4 or off-road vehicle experience.

Strong knowledge of automotive systems, particularly with performance engines like BMW's.

Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software specific to off-road and 4x4 vehicles.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
