What You'll Do
Depending on your role and shift assignment, responsibilities may include:
Kitchen Helper
- Prepare fresh fruits and dessert ingredients
- Assist with food and beverage preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support teammates during busy periods
Barista
- Prepare specialty drinks, teas, smoothies, and desserts
- Maintain consistency and presentation standards
- Keep workstations clean and stocked
- Deliver a great customer experience with every order
Cashier
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and card transactions
- Answer customer questions and recommend menu items
- Help maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere

Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Food service, café, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
