· A minimum of five years’ experience in human resources or management, preferably in a law firm.
· A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, but will consider combination of education and experience.
· Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills – one who can communicate effectively in a courteous and diplomatic fashion as you will work with a diverse group of attorneys and administrative professionals.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
