CAPTAIN WANTED – YEAR-ROUND POSITION | MINIMUM 25-TON USCG LICENSE
We’re a large, established water-tourism company looking for an experienced Captain to join our team in a year-round position on the water.
The right candidate brings together strong boating experience, professionalism, and a genuine understanding of hospitality. Our Captains play an important role in both the safe operation of our vessels and the overall experience of our guests.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, takes pride in their work, and understands the responsibility that comes with being a professional Captain.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid USCG 25-Ton Master License or greater
- Professional boating/vessel operating experience
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable taking responsibility
- Mechanical aptitude and a practical understanding of vessel systems
- Willingness to be hands-on and help troubleshoot when needed

Hospitality is an important part of what we do. The right Captain is comfortable interacting with guests, can communicate with a wide range of personalities, and understands how much a Captain can contribute to a memorable day on the water.
Mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot are highly valued, and fishing experience is a plus.
