Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Patient Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing patients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing necessary information.
- Communicate effectively with patients to ensure a clear understanding of chiropractic procedures, treatment plans, and expectations.
Appointment Coordination:
- Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient utilization of the chiropractor's time and optimizing the patient experience.
- Coordinate appointments and treatment plans, considering patient preferences and availability.
- Ensure patient compliance with completing necessary paperwork and adherence to scheduled appointments/treatments
Office Flow:
- Prepare and participate in daily team huddles
- Maintain the overall atmosphere and organization of the office
- Notify doctors of patient arrivals for key appointments
- Ensure good patient flow throughout the office; pre-anticipate possible bottlenecks / backups
- Manage music and patient-facing environment (tidy, stocked with supplies, etc)
Patient Education:
- Educate new and existing patients on clinic procedures, warm ups, rehabilitation, homecare equipment and exercises, and the chiropractic treatment process.
- Provide information to patients about chiropractic principles, wellness strategies, and lifestyle modifications to complement their treatment plans.
- Review x-rays to promote homecare regimens for patients (training provided)
- Collaborate with Chiropractors to create and distribute educational materials for patients.
Schedule and Perform Therapies/Xrays:
- Be knowledgeable about therapies and services offered within the office
- Coordinate and administer prescribed therapies and rehab exercise (training provided)
- Set patients up for x-rays. With proper certification, take Xrays prescribed by Chiropractor
Customer Service:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing patient concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and supportive environment.
- Gather and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for improvement in the patient experience.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient
- Collaborate with the administrative team to manage general office tasks and maintain a well-organized front desk.
Clinic Growth and Success:
- Work to optimize continual growth in patient resign percentage and minimize patient cancellation percentage
Clinic Marketing and Promotion
- Promote clinic marketing events such as workshops, health talks, screenings, publications, podcasts, social media, etc.
- Gather patient testimonials highlighting their experience within our office
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of chiropractic principles or a willingness to learn
- Holistic mindset
- Previous experience in a customer service or patient care role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems. Technologically savvy.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to contribute to the well-being of patients.

Approximate Schedule:
Monday 7:30AM-11:30AM | 2:30PM – 6:30PM
Tuesdays 7:30AM-11:30AM | 1:30PM – 6:30PM *Trainings from 1:30-2:30PM*
Wednesday 7:30AM-11:30AM | 2:30PM – 6:30PM
Thursday 10:00AM- 12:00PM | 1:00PM – 6:30PM *Team Training at 10AM-12PM*
Friday 7:30AM-11:30AM | CLOSED
Office Closed: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas day
