We are hiring reliable, safety-focused drivers who are ready for a physically demanding, full-day route position. Our fleet consists primarily of 18–20 ft step vans, along with smaller transit vans. This is not an easy job—it requires consistency, effort, and a strong work ethic—but it offers steady, dependable work for individuals who show up, stay safe, and want reliable income.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle on assigned routes
- Deliver packages accurately and on time
- Handle physical demands including lifting, walking, and frequent vehicle entry/exit
- Lead by example through safe, professional, and efficient performance
- Assist with load organization, and dispatch coordination
- Step in to cover routes or assist team members as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 21
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in package delivery or logistics
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience
Pay:
- $180.00 per day
