Hiatt Construction Management is looking for a dependable, hardworking Laborer to join our team. We perform a variety of residential and commercial construction and property improvement projects, so every day can be different.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, works well with others, and takes pride in doing quality work. Construction experience is a plus, but experience is not required for the right person. We are willing to train someone who has a good attitude and wants to learn new skills.
Responsibilities may include:
- General construction labor and job-site cleanup
- Loading and unloading materials
- Demolition and removal work
- Landscaping and hardscaping
- Deck and fence work
- Painting and drywall
- Power washing and exterior maintenance
- Assisting with various remodeling and construction projects
- Operating basic hand and power tools
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
What we're looking for:
- Must be dependable and show up to work consistently
- Must be willing to learn new skills
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Able to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Able to perform physical labor and work outdoors
- Must have reliable transportation
- Construction experience is preferred but not required
- Must be willing to work Monday–Friday
