Sierra Behavioral Therapy is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Fort Worth and surrounding areas. This position is responsible for providing clinical oversight for ABA services delivered in home, school, and community settings, including assessment, treatment planning, staff supervision, caregiver collaboration, and ongoing program evaluation. The BACB identifies BCBAs as independent practitioners who can provide behavior-analytic services and supervise RBTs and other professionals, which matches the core function of this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments, including initial assessments, reassessments, and functional behavior assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
- Supervise RBTs and direct-care staff through observation, feedback, and clinical support.
- Review data regularly and update goals and interventions based on client progress.
- Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization and consistency across settings.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company, payer, and regulatory standards.
- Promote ethical, high-quality ABA services consistent with BACB practice expectations.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification required.
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field required.
- Experience in autism services and ABA program development preferred.
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills required.
- Reliable transportation required.
