Responsibilities:
Floral Design: Conceptualize and execute unique and eye-catching floral arrangements for all occasions.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all floral arrangements meet our high standards of quality, freshness, and design excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in floral design is highly desired.
- Creativity and an eye for design.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work during the specified seasonal period.
Pay
- Paid hourly plus monthly bonus based on efficiency
- Paid Bi Weekly
