Seasonal / Part-Time Warehouse & Operations Associate

Gattles Fine Linens is looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Seasonal/Part-Time Warehouse & Operations Associate to support our warehouse and retail store operations.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in receiving, shipping, inventory, pricing, and general warehouse operations who is comfortable working independently and assisting our store team as needed.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming merchandise and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Inspect merchandise for accuracy, damages, or discrepancies
- Process and organize merchandise for the warehouse and retail store
- Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders and vendor returns
- Assist with inventory organization and inventory control
- Complete pricing and price updates accurately
- Label and prepare merchandise before transferring it to the sales floor
- Pick up and drop off merchandise, supplies, and customer orders between the warehouse and store
- Assist with local deliveries and pickups as needed
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse
- Communicate shipment, inventory, and receiving discrepancies to management
- Assist the store and warehouse team with additional operational needs during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, receiving, shipping, inventory, or retail stock operations preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with inventory and pricing systems
- Ability to accurately follow receiving and shipping procedures
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Professional when interacting with customers, vendors, and store employees
- Ability to safely lift and move merchandise
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred, as the position may require operating a company vehicle for local pickups and drop-offs
Schedule
Seasonal or Part-Time Position
Flexible availability is preferred. Additional hours may be available during our busy season.
