The Learning Experience is seeking a proven, high-performing Executive Center Director to lead one of our early childhood education centers.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and is driven by one clear goal: delivering exceptional early childhood education that prepares children for lifelong success.
We are looking for a leader who is not only operationally strong, but deeply passionate about educating young children, developing teachers, and building a high-performing educational environment.
This role requires strong execution in education quality, team leadership, enrollment growth, and family experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead overall educational and operational performance of the center
- Build a strong culture focused on early childhood learning, school readiness, and classroom excellence
- Coach, develop, and hold teachers accountable to high instructional standards
- Ensure high-quality curriculum execution aligned with The Learning Experience model
- Operate in a fast-paced environment requiring urgency, focus, and strong decision-making
- Build strong relationships with families to ensure satisfaction, retention, and trust
- Drive enrollment growth and maintain strong occupancy targets
- Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and regulatory standards
- Continuously monitor classroom quality, child development progress, and staff performance
- Create and sustain a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in early childhood education leadership, center director roles, or school administration
- Strong passion for educating and developing young children
- Demonstrated success leading in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Strong ability to coach teachers and elevate instructional quality
- Proven track record of driving enrollment, retention, and operational results
- Strong financial and operational management skills (budgeting, staffing, planning)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and accountability mindset
- Knowledge of early childhood development and school readiness standards
- Franchise childcare experience is a strong plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
