Stacks Dinner & Delicatessen is an exciting new fast casual restaurant in the Old Mill from the owners of Zydeco Kitchen & Cocktails. We serve old school deli-inspired, hand carved hot pastrami, corned beef, cured fish, rotisserie meats, and more, all proudly produced in house using the best PNW ingredients. We are newly opened and BUSY! We are currently hiring full time line cooks, 35+hrs. We are open for lunch and dinner, and are looking for 5 days a week including weekend and holiday availability. This is a highly skilled and well paid kitchen position… this isn’t your average corner bodega sandwich shop! Previous line experience, including highly developed knife skills, sauce making, and organization are crucial. Line cooks are responsible for station prep and service. Attention to detail, teachability, heart, and drive will be rewarded with advancement opportunities.
