Lug Away Junk Removal is hiring a dependable Driver/Remover for our Greater Boston and MetroWest team.
New hires begin at $20 per hour and enter a structured 12-week training program. The goal is promotion to Crew Chief, which increases base pay to $23 per hour. Crew Chief is a required rank, not an optional promotion. Team members must demonstrate that they can safely drive, serve customers, manage jobs and lead a two-person crew.
What You’ll Do
- Drive company trucks to residential and commercial jobs
- Remove and load furniture, appliances and debris
- Protect customer property and company equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Learn job pricing, route management and crew leadership
- Perform physical labor throughout the workday
Compensation and Benefits
- $20-per-hour Driver/Remover base rate
- $23-per-hour base rate after Crew Chief promotion

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable attendance and transportation
- Ability to pass a DOT medical examination
- Ability to repeatedly lift 75 pounds
- Strong communication, urgency and accountability
Moving, delivery driving, landscaping, construction, warehouse or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
