Alicia Med Spa, located inside the Grayson Hotel , is a modern and beautiful day spa. We are currently seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-end environment with strong potential for generous tips and commission on product sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional experience, a strong foundation in a variety of massage techniques, and a passion for delivering exceptional client care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customized massage treatments,(Swedish, deep pressure, hot stones, cupping, Thai, shiatsu, NMT, prenatal, reflexology)
- Foster a welcoming and professional environment while addressing client needs and concerns
- Collaborate with other spa professionals to ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience
- Maintain current knowledge of anatomy, massage techniques, and best practices
- Keep treatment spaces clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Valid state Massage Therapist license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in multiple massage modalities, especially deep tissue and trigger point therapy
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with luxury spa or medical spa operations is a plus
- Commitment to continued education and staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Multi lingual (English, Spanish, Russian) is a plus!
