Accountant - Nomad Framing LLC
Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year.

Who are we hiring?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will own the day-to-day accounting cycle, from accounts payable and receivable through financial statements, while supporting the accuracy and consistency of all financial information disclosed in the Company's earnings releases. The Accountant will work closely with operations to keep job costing, budgets, and forecasts accurate in a fast-paced environment.
What will you do?
- Assist to ensure that we have adequate support for all financial information and consistency on disclosure to the Company's earnings releases.
- Accounts payable including ACH and wire transfers.
- Invoicing and recording receivables.
- Cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet.
- Monthly financial statements.
- Account analysis (account balances, budget vs actual reporting).
- Weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards.
- Expense accruals and revenue deferrals.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Salesperson reporting.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Monitor incoming credit card activity.
- Quarterly sales report.
- Chart of accounts maintenance, assign and maintain job codes.
- Oversee financial activity of foreign entities.
- Job costing.
- Special projects as assigned.
What do you need to succeed?
- Minimum 5 years accounting experience.
- Attention to detail, strong self-review, and strict adherence to deadlines is critical.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with expense accruals and revenue deferrals.
- Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Must be proficient in Excel and possess knowledge of automated environments. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills. This position has daily interaction with finance and non-finance personnel; as such, candidate must have the ability to interact with various levels of management and staff.
- Construction or job-costing industry experience is a plus.
