Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning and heating equipment. This role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial properties. The technician will work independently in the field, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and meets safety standards.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform equipment repairs on various HVAC components including boilers, air conditioning units, and other related systems.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC needs in residential or commercial settings.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry (minimum of 2 years).
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and property maintenance.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems design principles and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel to job sites.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
