This is a Food Prep and Dish position, which is a valued spot in this restaurant. Great work ethic and the ability to multi-task is a must. We are a high volume restaurant. SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS are an absolute must. Flexibility with days and nights is a must, however this will be primarily days, 5 days/week. Past experience on food prep at a restaurant is a must. This is a prep heavy position. This position also consists of working dish during your shift, so you will be floating between the two positions.
We are firm believers in cross-training, so we will train you on dish, morning/evening food prep, and eventually the line if you're interested. The current position does consist heavily of dish and some occasional prep.
When working Dish, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized efficiently. Reporting to the Head Chef, your core skills in bussing will support the smooth operation of our food service. Your relevant experience in food preparation, restaurant, and hotel environments will enhance our catering services. We expect you to maintain high cleanliness standards while assisting with food handling and preparation tasks, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests in a fast-paced setting.
