Full-time Quality Manager needed in the greater Winston-Salem, NC market

Job Functions:
- Oversee and manage ISO 9001 quality standards
- Maintain and oversee the Quality Management Systems
- Internal audits of the system and work with personnel to improve processes
- Provide leadership, training, coaching to a small quality department
- Oversee the calibration of all measurement tools
- Manager the corrective action and nonconformance processes
- Develop, analyze statistical data & product specs to determine standards
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Interact with customers at the plant

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 plus bonus
