Ware Junior High School is seeking a strong addition to our very successful 8th grade team. The successful candidate will teach a range of mathematics courses.Major Responsibilities

Implement all Mathematics lessons/activities from curriculum specifically designed to coincide with the Massachusetts state frameworks.
- Function as a member of a team and work collaboratively with both math department staff and other academic areas in order to successfully integrate challenging concepts into a dynamic curriculum.
- Ability to manage classroom affairs, adjust to various audiences and learning preferences, and demonstrate a good sense of humor.
- Adapt to a continually evolving workplace that will be embracing the new Common Core state mandates as well as the new teacher evaluation process.

Assist the administration in implementing District goals and policies related to the educational and operational needs of the District.

Attend staff or team meetings and serve on staff committees as required.

Maintain and improve professional competence.

Perform any other related task or duty at the direction of the building principal or assistant principal.
COMPENSATION:$54,373.00 - $93,870.00, commensurate with education and experience
