Overview

Duties
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the production process, ensuring timely and efficient output
- Implement and enforce safety standards in accordance with industry regulations and company policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Monitor manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality specifications
- Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Manage inventory levels, raw materials, and equipment maintenance to prevent downtime and optimize productivity
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and heavy lifting protocols to safeguard team members
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain departments to streamline processes and resolve production issues promptly
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing management or a similar leadership role within a production environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently
- Knowledge of safety standards in production settings, including PPE use and heavy lifting procedures
- Familiarity with GMP regulations and maintaining compliance in manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changing demands
- Physical capability for heavy lifting as required by production tasks

Pay: $60,818.64 - $84,082.66 per year
