Kaffeinated Crepes & Coffee is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to join our growing team. If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring excellent presentation.
- Recommend menu items and upsell food, beverages, and desserts.
- Check on guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep dining areas clean, organized, and ready for guests.
- Process payments using Square POS.
- Work closely with the kitchen and team members to provide outstanding service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
