Duties
- Positions will be assisting with the all daily affairs of the hotel, including guest relations, marketing, tech systems, housekeeping, multiple food and beverage services and customer services.
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS).
- Manage reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal required
- Handle guest requests related to room accommodations, amenities, or special services with attention to detail and hospitality best practices
- Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure safety and security for all guests and staff
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
- Have a focus on guest relations and problem-solving in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and resort-specific guest services
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
