If you have solid basic knowledge, a strong work ethic, and the right attitude, we can help you refine your skills and build your speed.This is a fantastic opportunity to take over an existing client base while working with a supportive team to build your schedule to its full potential.What the Salon Provides:
- Station Setup: Professional grooming table provided.
- Supplies: All premium shampoos, conditioners, and grooming chemicals are fully stocked and provided.
- Growth Potential: A steady stream of clients to start, with the marketing support to grow your book up to 6 dogs a day.
- Work-Life Balance: The salon is entirely closed every Sunday and Monday.
What We Are Looking For:
- Capabilities: Must be confident with all breeds, large dogs up to 100 lbs, and comfortable handling difficult or aggressive temperaments safely.
- Pace: The skill and efficiency to handle up to 6 dogs per day as the book fills up (or the drive to learn how to hit that pace).
- Professional Tools: You should carry your own personal tools (clippers, shears, blades, etc.), though we can help the right professional build out their kit over time if needed.
- Teamwork & Reliability: We offer great scheduling flexibility on light days, so we need a communicative teammate who coordinates with the rest of the crew rather than just disappearing.
How Our Schedule Works:Our clients can book online up until the day before or call for immediate openings, so your schedule is locked in with no surprises. On light days, our contractors work together as a team to coordinate letting people come in late or head home early if there are no appointments. We value flexibility, but communication and mutual respect are a must!
Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per week
