Position Summary
Sunline Group is seeking a proactive and organized Bilingual Talent Acquisition Administrator to manage full-cycle recruiting for our entry-level and evergreen positions across our growing organization.
This position will be responsible for the complete recruiting process—from posting positions and sourcing candidates through interviewing, coordinating hiring-manager interviews, extending offers, and supporting candidates through the hiring and onboarding process, as well as human resources administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple openings at once, communicating with candidates from different backgrounds, and maintaining urgency in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is approximately 50% remote but will require work at company locations, job fairs, hiring events, or in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level, hourly, field, administrative, and other evergreen positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, schedules, and hiring priorities.
- Create and post job advertisements across Indeed, social media, community organizations, job boards, and other recruiting channels.
- Proactively source candidates using online platforms, referrals, local organizations, trade schools, and community partnerships.
- Review applications and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, availability, compensation expectations, job requirements, and overall fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Collect interview feedback and follow up with hiring managers to keep hiring decisions moving.
- Prepare and extend verbal and written employment offers after receiving the appropriate approvals.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug testing, driving-record reviews, and required employment documentation.
- Support a smooth transition from recruiting to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system and other tracking tools.
- Monitor recruiting results, including applicant volume, interviews, offers, hires, time-to-fill, hiring costs, and candidate sources.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for frequently needed and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Participate in job fairs, community recruiting events, and other hiring initiatives as needed.
- Ensure recruiting practices remain consistent with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Qualifications
- Oe two two years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting for entry-level, hourly, high-volume, or evergreen positions strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring-manager interviews, and extending offers.
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
- Comfortable working independently in a primarily remote environment.
- Ability to create urgency while providing candidates with a professional and respectful experience.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar recruiting platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and other business applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Availability to travel periodically to company locations or recruiting events.
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are strongly preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
