New Prague Area Schools are currently seeking a 1.0 FTE Compass Alternative Learning Center Teacher.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and Plans Instructional Activities
- Conducts Classroom Instruction
- Professional Collaboration

Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree
- Appropriate certification by the State of Minnesota
- State of Minnesota Teaching License Required
- Licensure in the areas of math, science, or social studies is preferred
- Salary and Benefits in accordance with the NPAS Certified Master Agreement
Salary range: $48,733 to $100,583 (Based on Experience, Education and FTE)

The Compass Learning Center (CLC) provides a nurturing educational environment where students receive a positive, safe, and structured learning opportunity. High school students attending the CLC will have a sense of belonging and acceptance within a school environment that offers personalized instruction with staff that have a flexible approach to teaching.
New Prague Area Schools is a consistently growing district of 4,000 students, Pre K through 12. The district is located about 45 miles southwest of the Twin Cities. The district serves the students and community members of the New Prague, Elko New Market, northern Lonsdale areas, as well as several other communities.
