The Opportunity
You'll lead a team of 4+ sales professionals across print, digital, and specialty products. You'll carry your own accounts. You'll have a seat at the table with the Publisher. And you'll help shape what local media looks like for the next decade.

What You'll Do

Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team

Maintain and grow your own book of business

Drive revenue across print (Daily Courier, Chino Valley Review, Smart Shopper), digital (928 Media, dCourier.com), special sections, and specialty products

Build scalable sales processes and accountability systems

Hit team revenue targets and individual sales goals
What You Bring

Proven media sales management experience—you've led teams and have the numbers to prove it

Track record of personal sales success in print, digital, or multimedia

Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable

CRM proficiency (we use Newspaper Manager—we'll train you on the specifics)
Compensation

Base salary: $65,000+ depending on experience
